When does IB open seats for close-in award travel
Hi, all.

I'm an AA EXP traveling Monday, 11 April, DCA-AA-ORD-AA-LHR-BA-ATH.

I'd like to switch to DCA-AA-ORD-IB-MAD-IB-ATH.

The MAD-ATH 12 April segment shows J award availability, but not the ORD-MAD on 11 April. ExpertFlyer shows 14 seats open in J, with J4 C4 D4 R2 I0.

What are the chances J award inventory will open, and when would that be likely to happen?
