I need to contact the Diamond desk about an issue for which I need to send them a screen print. However, it seems I can only fill in an online mask which has no option of adding an attachment such as a screen shot.

Also, it seems this online mask is a generic one and not specifically for Diamond members.

Does anyone have an e-mail address for contacting the Diamond desk directly?
