I have taken this flight a couple of times and it is often delayed. I have had to jump on the BA flights twice to avoid getting stuck in ORD. The AAgents in the Flagship lounge also mentioned that AA86 is relatively unreliable. My inbound aircraft was usually scheduled to come up from MIA in the morning and then sit in ORD for hours, which does little to explain the horrible on-time stats.
