F has a full breakfast tray (entrée, fruit and pastry) and dinner (entrée, roll, salad, cookie) on this route. The cookie only service occur on late evening flights (Its either after 8:30 or 9 PM...I forget which). I rather doubt the options on EI are better based on my experiences with them...
