AFAIK, yes, there's still plenty of stock on the shelves. However, there are rumors that Nikka will be discontinue the TK17 & 21 soon, but it hasn't happened yet.

BTW: Best deal I saw for it was at the Duty Free Shop in Mitsukoshi Dept Store in the Ginza, plus you don't have to pick it up until you get to the airport when you leave. If you want it in-hand sooner, Bic Camera was pretty reasonable I believe.
