There should have been a number on the page that says your application is pending or declined. Otherwise, you can call the main Chase number and ask to be transferred. You may have gone pending due to having applied from US and the IP address is not from Canada. It happened to me and I was approved.
Also on a related note - anyone know if an AU uses their card it triggers the 50K bonus? I haven't been able to use my card as I have been travelling, but my AU has used it, was wondering if I will get the bonus or if the primary card holder needs to put charges on their card. If this is the case, I'll just pay a bill online or something - but wanted to check here before doing that.
