Flew on TAP from LHR to LIS last year. Walking from the jet bridge onto the aircraft, it REEKED of cigarette smoke. I watched the plane (A320) come in from LIS; don't know for sure if the inbound crew stayed onboard for our segment, but I think they did. I was seated pretty far back in Y. Didn't smell or see any smoking once we pushed back. Totally gross way to be welcomed onboard! Gross!
