Coming into the USA? No. As a Canadian using Nexus at the land border or Global Entry via air you still have to answer the "Where are you going / what are you doing / what do you need to declare" questions.
You don't get to 'clear yourself' into the USA. At least not in my experience at YVR, the Peace Arch and Point Roberts, anyway.
