And yes I know the courtyard facing rooms in Hilton den Haag - They are very, very quiet at night even with the windows open.
Maybe I should start a thread about hotels with quiet rooms.......
There are very few hotel rooms that are quiet at night when you have the windows open - if it's not traffic noise it's some sort of generator/exhaust noise.
