That would be some serious arbitrage and I doubt they will allow people to do it once it's confirmed. There would be a flood of transfers into Alaska. Citi and AMEX both allow transfers to Virgin at a rate of 2:1. And then if people can convert 1:2 into Alaska, it's like getting 1:1. People will flood AS.
