As an afterthought to this, the cabin crew said that we would be met on arrival in HKG with relevant "paperwork" in order to make insurance claims for cancelled hotels etc. When we arrived in HKG the only staff there were dealing with missed connections and didn't know what I was talking about but did say that CX would likely be in touch shortly regarding the delay. Should I just wait or do I fill in the standard email form?
I've looked at the form on-line and there isn't a section that deals with delays.
