That's getting close to peak season, but I'm guessing you should be able to get something under $600 if you're a little flexible. The ANC stop shouldn't add too much to the fare if you use a Korean travel agent, but it will lock you into one airline, which could work against if availability is tight on that particular carrier but not on others.
