Yep, this happened to me recently. I was overseas and had changed my return flight to BR TPE-YYZ J 11 days prior to flying.
Booking over the phone went well, showed up on my Manage Rewards and I even went as far as selecting my seat and meals on Eva's website. Went back to manage my rewards 4 days prior and the flight was gone. Not a good feeling!
I had to call in from Australia, spent over an hour on the line before the ticket agent could confirm that I was re-ticketed. She said this had happened to someone else recently. Fairly disconcerting to say the least. All worked out in the end, but I would suggest calling in to sort it out.
