I'm going to be in Bangkok for several day at the end of April. I'm aware that means it will be REAL hot, and I'm wondering if any of the small boats available to charter on the river will have A/C? Also I imagine the temples, Grand Palace, etc. are all not going to be air-conditioned and hence are likely to be hot as a pistol this time of year?
