Booked cheap ticket with OTA - i think Bravofly, then upgraded with coupon. Then unable to travel, so called aegean who cancelled ticket, said would receive refund within 1 month. Waited, still nothing, called again, A3 said to speak to travel agent, because they booked the ticket. TA sending me to A3 because ticket was upgraded and re-issued.
Any ideas?
