If you are a first time visitor to Tokyo and you are staying at the Hilton, I would most definitely take the bus. If you take N'EX, you will arrive at a narrow, extremely crowded platform at Shinjuku, and then have to make your way up stairs and escaltors and try to find your way outside. After a long transpacific flight, you won't want to deal with it, trust me...I've done it!
