Where are you going in Tokyo? How much baggage do you have? Have you travelled in Japan before? Is your budget tight?
My general advice is, without knowing the details, take the Narita Express (N'EX). It simplifies things a lot. If you can afford an extra hour of transit time, you're on a budget, and you're travelling light, take the Keisei Express or Skyliner.
