When I'm connecting from an international flight I usually have 3 hours or more before my regional flight so I go through security and have a shower and a hot meal and then around 30 minutes before boarding head down to the regional lounge to have a drink and a snack while I wait for the boarding call. Sure beats the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge experience in Singapore but that's another rant. Haha
