In a week we fly the above itinerary. AA PHL-LHR. Will have almost 3 hours in PHL. Would like to know ahead of time what to expect as far as a lounge. We're in Business. Both of us are AA Gold.

Then we have nearly 10 hours in LHR. I've looked at ideas for leaving the airport and going to Windsor. Not sure we're comfortable with that. Told my husband I think I'll go to shops and spend the day looking for a new style.

What kind of lounge will we have?
