I used mayflower which is a massive travel agent in Malaysia. They sorted flights out for us in advance, then we paid for them when we got to KUL.

The e-mail I have is [email protected], but that was a couple of years ago. Their main website seems to be www.maytour.com. Thety were very happy to work by e-mail.
