I go to the main domestic lounge if I'm after a hot meal but to be honest I don't think they always call all of the regional flights. And they're not all up on the screens, the A320s are though so I end up relying on the notification on my phone to tell me when my regional flight is boarding. It's a small walk but sometimes I've had to run but that's my only sticking point for hanging out in the domestic lounge for a regional flight instead of the regional lounge.
I've sort of switched to getting food in the main lounge then meander down to the regional lounge to wait for the flight and maybe have a hot chocolate there.
