I find it uncouf to whip out your phone and take pictures of fellow passengers on a flight, let alone then publish this picture, without the permission of anyone in the picture on the internet.

IF they were doing something which actually impacted on you, I would suggest you politely asked them to stop. If they weren't I'd suggest it's none of your business so ignore it, that's my opinion on manners anyway.
