Personally, unless you must stay at the holiday in Narita...

I'd get off th epalne, drop off all but a small bag at the bag storage, and head to Tokyo.

Especially if you are on Asia time and will be able to stay up a little and enjoy a night out.

Not sure how this applies to your case.
