I've been there and IIRC, the answer is no. The station itself is open because of incoming buses from KL, Penang that reach in the early am but you probably won't find any that will depart until 5-6am in the morning.

Why don't you google the names of the big bus companies e.g. plusliner, transnational and give them a call?
