It's a great little lounge for 30mins-1 hour before a flight but more than two hours seems a lot. Are you connecting in? Hard to think why two hours there would be worth it.
It is a BA lounge so not an airport one albeit the staff are Swissport in BA uniforms. I very rarely would be there but its the practice as opposed to the actual practical usage. I use it every week and on occasions will get dropped off at the airport so potentially am there at 1800 for a 2030 dept.
There are a lot of new staff in recent weeks who are rigid with guidelines and one of my regular travel companions who commutes each week was turned away on Sunday night by being 15 mins too early!!
