I occasionally hear announcements in the Arrivals Lounge for passengers whose drivers have come to the Arrivals Lounge reception. I wouldn't favour generally encouraging this, as too many announcements in the lounge would annoy more people than just me. But as the OP genuinely needs assistance, I wonder whether this might be an idea for them?
