One set of cabin crew and two sets of flight crew. I did ask one of the cabin crew that very question and she said that cabin crew could work fo a max of 19 hours in one shift with rest periods but regulations said that pilots couldn't. The replacement pilots sounded like they were New Zealanders so local when they boarded (I was standing by the open cabin door getting some fresh air) and turned up in t-shirts and jeans but later changed into uniform after takeoff. One passenger in business obviously didn't want to risk flying and off-loaded himself, he looked scared stiff, it didn't cause any further delay as they got his bags sorted whilst we were waiting for the new crew.
