The Peninsula is hard to beat. I didn't stay there, but saw a room. Also the Royal Orchard Sheraton is nice and I think that there's a Shangri La that's nice as well. Try looking at www.asiatravel.com. They have some great hotel deals. Of course, Priceline might give you some good options as well
