I wonder if anyone knows if this is a new resort. It looks like those water bungalow in Maldives.

There are other options around Cebu, you can always take the ferry to Bohol, Dumaguete, Surigao..etc.

If you like snorkeling or scuba diving, Cebu is a very good base to explore other islands.
