If you want a photo of the meeting point, have a look in the forum's Dashboard for LHR to LGW transport options, post 2. The first photo shows the lift up to the Arrivals lounge, and quite a number of taxi drivers awaiting their pasengers, another photo shows Costas, and again you'll see some drivers. The two photos can more or less be joined with Costas on the right side.

If you are travelling, get Skype installed as an App on your cellphone, you can then use the BA or Heathrow wifi to make a call to your driver.
