How do I get written confirmation from Aegean that I cancelled and refunded my flight
Odd situation here. So I cancelled my trip on Aegean ATH-IST-JMK. I bought golight K class. I have travel insurance that will cover the non-refundable portion of the trip but, they want confirmation in writing that I cancelled the ticket.

Aegean is telling me there is no way to get this. What should I do. Aegean only refunds the taxes minus 20Euro and make you eat the rest. My insurance covers the rest but, only if I get docs to prove the trip was cancelled.

What should I do?
