As a wheelchair user, I might be more reluctant to do this than otherwise, but this sounds like an ideal opportunity to use Über. (I've no idea if London Über supports wheelchair-accessible vehicles, but there is plenty of flexibility rather than planning in 3 hours when you could be through in 2h 15, done and dusted).
