I have a flight from JFK to Heathrow coming up in two weeks. It should arrive at around 6:30 in the morning. I would like to have breakfast in the Arrivals lounge and then on to a B&B near Gatwick before a flight to Croatia the next day. I plan to book a taxi for the transfer and I have to arrange a time and place to meet up with the driver. How long would you allow to go through immigration and customs and then have a relatively relaxed breakfast in the lounge? And what would be the best meeting point?
