Yes, PVG is in Pudong, but where you want to go is a long way away. Unless you want to eat at a factory or farm house.
I rarely want to go ANYWHERE in Pudong, but PVG, Lujiazui, Waigaoqiao, Disney, and all points in between are in Pudong, and I'm not in the business in ranking one area over another.
This situation is analogous to finding yourself in Bakersfield and stating that California is 3 hours away (i.e. 1. Incorrect, 2. meaningless without greater specifity).
