The spend on my 1.5 year old Bold was the same $11K over the last 12 months, but I can't get an offer on it to save my life.
There's got to be another explanation for them to give you this? Do they not have record of you calling in every 4 months. I'm surprised they don't answer with "You again?" Does anyone have luck asking chase for retention offers via SM?
