Strictly speaking no, but BA did once substitute a Monarch 321 for the usual 737 on a LGW-BCN-LGW rotation. We ended up landing at South and being bused to North with those of us who were HBO and heading for the train not being allowed to disembark straight into the terminal. That was mildly annoying.
