Last year, my $95 AF for my Citi TY Premier card hit in April 2015. I forgot to call and then called in July. The gave me the "Spend $3k and get a $95 statement credit" offer. That posted in November 2015.

Fast fwd to today. My $95 AF posted April 2016. I called to cancel and was told no offers were available because I "just received an offer in November."

So lesson here is to call close to when the AF hits each year.
