There were times, about 2 years ago, that T3 flights would be parked at T1 and then you get bus'd round. Also T1 flights would end up in parts of what was T2 which hadn't yet opened.

Air France do it a bit at CDG on longhaul, you'd arrive at a different random satellite to the one that departing flights on that route would use.
