I have actually been through there several times. Not on a fixed wing though. Wick is a regular refuelling stop for helicopter flights out to oil installations west of Shetland.
Pax are all required to exit the chopper and wait in the terminal during refuelling. The terminal itself is a modern, clean and airy building. Never seen much in the way of other traffic there to be honest, but i believe Loganair operate from there????
