I think I read enuf! Called DL who said there was obviously no problem on their end changing the 3xDL issued tickets to the earlier ANC-SEA flight which would give them more than 3 hours in SEA, aka a comfortable connection. However, the 2xAS issued tickets would be trickier, especially since the earlier flight we wanted did not show required award class availability that AS needs to be able to make a change without liaison intervention.

So DL also documented all 5 locators with an authorization to allow the change to the earlier ANC-SEA flight and asked us FIRST to call AS so that they could confirm the change BEFORE the DL rezs were touched. AS was called but since they couldn't see DL's notes or authorization (since they have different systems), they have sent the 2xAS issued tickets over to their DL liaison to be worked on. Could take a couple of days. Once AS has re-issued the 2 on their end, we will call DL for the other 3.
