Well, I would personally say don't get your expectations up with regards to anything.

It's nice but not the fantastic life changing experience some here believe F and the CCR to be.

All aspects are very hit and miss.
My last flight was free for all boarding, pointed to the right at the door, no pyjamas, never saw any chocolates, nothing much pro-active wise etc. Comfy and nice food.
