That is entirely different than MCT. MCT is simply DL's willingness to accept the risk of a misconnect. It doesn't say anything about the sensibility of the connection for the individual.

It may be good to do a bit of research on distressed traveler rates at SEA hotels so that you can pull the trigger for them if things don't work out.

OTOH, all it takes is an early arrival and a 10-15 minute departure delay and this becomes quite leisurely.
