Yes. Hotel sold out, it is prime cherry blossom time.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard on pointbreaks. Was upgraded to premium floor "1 bed view room" on 17th floor. Standard floors are up to 16, then 17-18 are "premium floors".

How are the rooms?
Tiny, smallest I ever had I guess!
Pretty decent condition, despite being some years old
Comfortable bed, I guess 180cm wide.
Compact, small but working bathroom
Minibar. Ironing.
Premium floor includes also bathrobes, 2 coffees per day free. Free daily bottle waters. Free newspaper. Business center services free.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A, but premium floor guests have special menu, afternoon tea at 15-17 and cocktails 17-19 for free at Sky bar Sen

What was good and what was bad?

Good:
- Friendly front desk
- Room was not ready at 1pm but our bags were taken care of.
- Okayama is a great base for Cherry Blossom time. Less touristic and great nearby spots!
- Fantastic location right at the bullet&local train station

Bad:
- Nothing, albeit small room
