I had "Do Not Offload" on one BP and something else on the PNR that I didn't see, flying out of BOS. I was travelling with two people who had a instructions on their booking from the Chairman's office with words to the effect of 'to upgrade if all possible'. I was subsequently called to the desk in the lounge and handed a new BP with an upgrade.
