And, frankly, comparing 2 years of HH Diamond to a single fare targeted airfare war where non-elites buying the fare are in the back with zero leg room, paying checked baggage fees, and boarding with group D shows your complete lack of understanding of both airline and hotel loyalty programs!
Well, again, Hilton did get the idea from Hyatt and they must have liked it so much that they are doing it again.
As for not understanding loyalty programs ... this is more about business and wanting growth in revenue so perhaps it isn't me whose missing the point here or maybe it's both of us
