To be fair ive generally been treated very well as a Diamond and most hotels in Europe and Asia have exceeded my expectations but ive started to experience a significant difference in the last 6 months. In Asia I have always been granted lounge access but only upgraded to deluxe as opposed to executive when in the past I was always given corner rooms or junior suites.
i made a twitter post to HH and they completely ignored/did not respond. Tellingly, all the tweets requesting status matches before and after my post were promptly replied to. HH has lost the plot.
