newbie Award/ routing question

Hello all,

I attempted to post this last night but I don’t see it so forgive me if this ends up being a duplicate post.
I am a newbie to the points and miles game trying to book an ambitious honeymoon trip for to the Maldives from the northeast US, exploring Asia (Singapore/Malyasia/ Hong Kong) on the return using points and miles as much as possible. I would also like for the long haul legs to be in business/first if possible.
I would like to take advantage credit card bonus offers as much as possible. I am looking to travel in April 2017. This is solo deal as my fiancé is still working on his credit so I will be working for points for the both of us.
Ideally I would like to fly JFK-SIN-MLE-KUL-HKG-(JFK/EWR) with days in each city along the way.
I recently acquired Chase Sapphire with the 55,000 bonus and already hold a Amex Platinum and Chase Freedom. I am looking at also going for the Citi Prestige (50,000 TYP) soon as well as the Chase Hyatt-2 free nights (minding the 5/24 rule, of course). I’ve also considered the Citi Prestige for the (40,000 TYP).
Ideally I’d like to fly Singapore Airlines JFK-SIN (since all 3 programs transfer to KrisFlyer) with a business class on the return from HKG (possibly Cathay Pacific). I plan to use Tiger Air for the shorter flights and I’m willing to fly economy on the return if I can get a premium seat out of JFK.

The points accumulation is close to business/first on Singapore Airlines one way (JFK-SIN). Is this worth it? I would still need to figure out the return (or just pay for a one way in economy)

Thoughts/ suggestions on routing/points earning?
