Just a quick update and some context. I've managed to find out that the return trip is an L class fare, but I'm still hunting for the fare rules (they aren't on the ticket given to me). Also, the full trip is as follows 24 APR ORD-LAX 27 APR LAX-AKL. Will update this when I get a resolution, I couldn't find much about this through Google.
