I'd reconsider the Caribe. It's really not isolated from other restaurants and night life. Its directly across the foot bridge from the Condado Plaza. It's only going to add about a 5 minute walk onto anything you could walk to from the Condado. If she wants a beach, she'll be very disappointed by the Condado beach. It's teeny, completely open to the public and a busy road. The caribe beach in comparison is great for floating and relaxing in. Plenty of sand and beach chairs. We had a newly renovated room that was lovely and had a great view. On points with the 5th night free it was a great value. While the onsite restaurants are pretty meh, right across the street is an awesome hole in the wall place serving great local food.
