I'd be curious about flights and how much it varies per flight. Obviously certain flights would be more likely to have higher numbers of golds. I wonder if domestic is low just because BA is London focused (as people keep saying) and obviously you don't earn many going from LHR-MAN and across the regions.

I was once told some figures and they seemed fairly high on the flight. But as someone else has commented, it does feel as though everyone on every flight has some status.
